Gross superficial thrombophlebitis in LSV distribution - this can be a cutaneous manifestation of underlying malignancy
Painful Lesion lower tibia - initially treated as a cellulitis but didn't settle - biopsy confirmed Pyoderma Gangrenosum
This is not a keloid but is hypertrophy of a scar. It does not extend past the limits of the original scar (keloid does)
This lady had a fever,rash (erythema marginatum) ,arthropathy & murmur - enough criteria to diagnose Rheumatic Fever until proved otherwise
Itchy, Itchy, very very Itchy - Malathion / Permethrin help though!
